can we run chillispot without dhcp i:e manually putting the ip address to clients rather than using dhcp.

it 's static ip.. it uses advance to set that...

YES....
specify IP address with same block as your chilli box ip.... and your gateway should be the the ip of your chilli box

Hi,

Can you give me the example like how to configure Chilli without DHCP. I have tried lots of things but it says "UAM Login with unknown IP address " but if i enable the DHCP then it works fine.

Please let me know the brief details how to setup chilli without dhcp and what all parameters i have to set in configuration file and iptables etc.

Its urgent.

ive been searching the solutions for a few days, but no luck ... i didnt find any information that tells us how to do that. i assume it is not (yet) posible to do that
