Topic: authentication problem

Hi.i configured hotspot system with chillispot and radius.But i have a problem.when i want to login the authentication system, the system some time does not accepted my request or i'm trying to many request for authentication.some times i succes but some times not succes.where is the mistake.sory for my bad english.could you help me?

i see this problem usually windows 7 and windows vista pc.if i try alot of time,  sometimes the user login system.
