Topic: chillispot allocate a mac with a static ip and use uam method

hello ,everyone .
i have a problem when i use chillispot . it is as follows:
my mac is 00-07-E9-0A-A7-67 ,and i want chillispot to allocate the ip with 192.168.10.10 .when i want to connect to internet ,it is redirect to the hotspotlogin.cgi ,and ask for username and password . if it is authenticated , i can connect internet .
please tell me how to configure .thanks !!

i use fedcore6+freeradius-1.1.6+chillispot-1.1.0+mysql

Static ip is for advance user who can set freeradius database . And static ip will no need to have the login page . the login page is for auto dhcp.

My mac is 00-07-E9-0A-A7-67 , and i get a ip from dhcp , when i release the ip ,can i get the same ip as the frist ip for 00-07-E9-0A-A7-67 ? please help ,thank you !!
