Want to build a chillispot server follow this howto
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WifiDocs/ChillispotHotspot/7.10
Im not sure why you want to do that?
This howto adds firewall rules to "tun"
http://www.pervasive-network.org/SPIP/Installation-de-chillispot-sur-une
But i don't think you need to, Use this howto
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WifiDocs/ChillispotHotspot/7.10
[ADSL Router] dhcp (on)
[Ubuntu Server] dhcp (off) - chillispot has its own dhcp server
[Wireless AP] dhcp (off) - setup as a bridge or repeater mode (not sure which)
Are you trying to use edimax BR-6304Wg as both [ADSL Router] and [Wireless AP]?
What version of linux are you using?
Which howto have you used so far (web site)?
The web site mentioned above will not work for current ubuntu versions
This is the howto i followed. Is there an error in the apache/ssl section?

I only can only read english
i'm guessing the answer might be to change:
uamallowed 192.168.2.0/24.1,192.168.182.0/24,www.google.it
to
uamallowed 192.168.2.0/24.1,192.168.182.0/24

Hi
Your problem is likely found in your Apache/SSL set up.
Try connect to you login in page with http://192.168.2.1:3990/
I would suggest checking your setup with this howto
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WifiDocs/ChillispotHotspot/7.10
The other thing to check is where you are accessing your apache login in page from. e.g. eth0 or eth1. If your using the above howto you need to use eth1 port only
Hi all
I've just installed chillispot access point on ubuntu 7.10 and everything works except https:// redirect to my login page
e.g.
If i type in my web broswer
http://www.website.com ---> I get redirected to my login page, this works
If i type in my web broswer
https://www.website.com ---> I get "failed to connect"
If i login using the first example i can then surf the web using https:// web sites
Has anybody got any thoughts on this?
Thanks
