1.  I was doing the chillispot+freeradius+mysql project. I added attribute WISPr-Bandwidth-Max-Down ,WISPr-Bandwidth-Max-Up into radreply table in mysql database in order to fix the bandwidth of user. The project examiner asked that which or what parts that is actually fix the bandwidth, that mean in my server, what could control to sending package not to over bandwidth limits.
