is there a way to make the dhcp server of chilispot send specific options?

Yes you can set it to make chilli dhcp give ip from range you need.
by uncomment  the line dynip 192.168.182.0/24

but on statip 192.168.182.0/24 i setup it and fix ip but nothing work ;-C

i would like to specific dhcp option

like the proxy
the dns server
and so on

you can use proxy by set iptables rule.
dns server and set on chilli.conf

i think what he asking about how to implement external dhcp server, proxy/dns/and so on is just an examples .. in separate machine
